Session Fee
The fee for a 50-minute individual therapy session is $175.
When using insurance, session length may vary depending on the requirements of your insurance plan.
Insurance
I am currently in network with the following insurance providers:
- Aetna (PPO)
- Blue Cross Blue Shield – PPO and Blue Advantage PPO
- Optum / United Behavioral Health
Please note: I do not accept EAP plans through Optum.
Coverage varies depending on your plan. I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to understand your benefits, deductible, and any out-of-pocket costs for therapy services.
Payment Methods
For private pay sessions, I accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA cards.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged the full session fee.
