What to Expect
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you are used to handling things on your own. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and understood as we begin working together.
Your First Session
Our first session is simply a conversation. We will talk about what has been weighing on you, what you would like to feel different in your life, and how therapy might support you moving forward. There is no pressure to share everything all at once — we move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
How Often We Meet
Many clients begin with weekly sessions. As things begin to shift and improve, we may move to meeting less frequently depending on your needs and goals.
Online Therapy
I provide secure telehealth therapy for women across Tennessee and Alabama. Sessions are held through a confidential video platform that allows you to attend from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
